OUR MISSION
Downseal Solutions started with our founder, Scott, as a sole trader and a belief that joint sealing could be done better, not only in the quality of the application but in the service, knowledge and accountability behind it.
From those beginnings, Downseal has grown through the reputation we have earned and the clients who continue to choose us. Today, we are a commercial trade business trusted by major contractors, commercial builders, developers and asset owners.
We aim to continually set the standard for what a commercial joint sealing contractor should be; technically capable, reliable, easy to work with and accountable for the complete joint sealing scope.
Our mission is to give our clients the best service in the industry. We share what we know, help clients understand their joint sealing requirements and work as a genuine project partner from tender through to final finish.
Every project is backed by years of hands-on industry experience and completed by a directly employed team of highly skilled applicators that takes ownership from start to finish.

At Downseal, we’re raising the standard for joint sealing across Queensland and Northern NSW and we’re always on the lookout for talented people who want to be part of a team, not a subcontracting roster.
We directly employ our applicators and support them with the right systems, training and leadership. Our team works on some of the state’s leading commercial, industrial and multi-residential projects, backed by over a decade of experience and strong relationships with Tier 1 and 2 builders.
