We're pleased to announce the successful completion of our joint sealing work on Upper House - 66 Hope St, South Brisbane for Minicon.

The team applied over 25,000LM of internal silicone across apartments, lobbies and common areas, ensuring unparalleled quality.

This striking tower is the latest multi-residential project to launch by Koichi Takada Architects and delivers 188 apartments over 33 storeys.

Scope of work:

- Joint Sealing tiling package from the ground floor lobby to Level 32 and 33 wellness centre and social house, encompassing tile to tile, tile to floor, tile to wall, and tile to stone installations.

- Full plumbers package, sealing sinks, basins, baths, and toilets.

- Full tilt panel package for B1-34 (roof), sealing over 6500LM+ of panel to panel and panel to slab joints with SIKA 400 FIRE and Sika Construction AP Polyurethane.

- All internal fire stairs sealed with SIKA 400 fire to metal stair stringers across all 34 levels, ensuring compliance with compliant with relevant Australian Standards including (but not limited to) AS1530.4-2014 & AS4072.1-2005 and Part C3 of the NCC 2019.
